COVID PROTOCOLS

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • If you are feeling any symptoms of COVID-19 (ex: sore throat, cough, fever, chills, etc.) please DO NOT come in. Your deposit will be honoured if you call ahead and cancel.

  • If you cancel because you’re sick, we will re-schedule you no sooner than 2 weeks after your cancellation date.

  • Any previous appointments cancelled due to our closure with a deposit will be honoured.

ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Please be on time. We have given each appointment enough time for rigorous cleaning before and after. Any more than 15 minutes late without notifying the shop will result in a cancelled appointment.

  • CLIENTS ONLY during this time, no family or friends may attend your appointment.

  • Sanitizer will be provided for you to use upon entering the shop. We will ask that you please sanitize your hands.

  • A waiver and health screening sheet will be given to you upon arrival which you must fully complete. ID is still required so please make sure you bring it or we will not tattoo you.

PAYMENT AND AFTERCARE:

  • If you would like to purchase any merchandise or aftercare please inform a staff member and we will assist you.

  • Our Visa, Mastercard and AMEX has a new tap limit of $250. We accept debit and cash still.
